There is a great deal of speculation, investigation, and research going on right now about the (possible) mutation of the COVID-19 virus. The frequency of any mutation would impact the efficacy of any single vaccine. If, for example, COVID-19 mutates in the same pattern which the various flu viruses do, then that would indicate perhaps an annual vaccination rather than say a vaccination with a longer immunity period such as for polio.
Well, I for one KNOW this virus has mutated. In fact it has jumped the human-machine barrier. And no one appears to be addressing this at all! Specifically it has jumped the human-machine barrier to our dryer. By infecting our dryer, it is consuming portions of our clothing causing them to decrease in size. Oh, it’s subtle. Very subtle. Clothes are just a little snug, and then increasingly snug until one day you can’t button your shorts.
I do not know the infection rate of this new mutation outside of our home and, quite frankly, would never have known it was inside our home had I not had to actually put on big girl clothes to go somewhere. The kind that don’t have elastic waistbands but are rife with buttons or zippers. The kind not made from expanding and accommodating material. Apparently the dryer version of COVID-19 only infects clothes with buttons or zippers.
Where are the studies? Where are the researchers with giant NIH grants and government contracts? Who can help?
