The Center of It All

There is a shop here in town that fills one of its storefront windows with nativities each year. There are literally hundreds of nativities from all over the world: Peru, Kenya, India, Pakistan, Ecuador, and many other countries. They come in a variety of sizes and materials and compositions, particularly in the representation of the shepherds, the wise men, and the animals. But in each and every one of them, the center of the scene is Baby Jesus with His earthly parents.

Jesus came for all of us, regardless of our differences. Celebrate as The Family of God!

(And may you always have penguins large enough to cause polar bears to cower.)
